Swallow Technology appoint Stephen Noulton as Director of Global Strategy, London, 6th August 2005. Swallow Tech a UK based supplier of SWIFT Accredited and other Financial Services Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Noulton as Director of Global Strategy. Steve was previously Business Development Manager at City Networks where he worked on the strategy, direction and positioning of their treasury, retail and corporate products and services globally and where he also developed expertise in Reconciliation and Transaction Matching Solutions. Reporting into Tony Waszkiewicz (Managing Director), Steve will be responsible for Swallow Tech's product development, developing new and existing business, managing third party relationships and the development of joint venture opportunities.
