At SwallowTech, we have been actively supporting an extensive world-wide customer base for over 30 years. During this time we have built up an enviable reputation for supplying a premium level of service. This includes all aspects of system support, including: installation, training, product support and maintenance. Several types and levels of support are available, from standard office-hours, up to 24 hours per day and 7 days per week through phone, e-mail or remote access.

 

With a team of highly experienced staff, SwallowTech has also successfully implemented and supported systems, whatever their level of complexity.

 

SwallowTech's maintenance service includes the provision of necessary new releases of the Software and documentation, including copies of all fault corrections and minor enhancements implemented by SwallowTech and made available as part of the maintenance release.

 

SwallowTech also provides the User with any enhancements that the User is required to implement for regulatory reasons.
